‘Doubly Forgotten’ – A tribute exhibition in Poland

Doubly Forgotten is a nine-panel travelling exhibition created for the Katyn Foundation, established to commemorate Polish-Jewish officers murdered in the Katyn Massacre. Unveiled in Warsaw, Poland, it is the first exhibition dedicated specifically to these often-overlooked victims and will continue to be exhibited across the country.

Together with our client we developed the exhibition’s visual identity and graphic design, translating extensive historical research, archival photographs, personal documents and individual biographies into a clear and emotionally considered narrative. Each 700 × 1000 mm panel balances powerful imagery with detailed historical content, using a restrained palette of charcoal, warm archival tones, red and blue.
